Data Protection Fair Use Statement (GDPR)
Train’d Up collects, holds and processes personal data relating to its learners in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. The information that you provide is used for the administration, planning and management of your learning and administering of learner and Train’d Up funding.
Train’d Up is legally required to pass on some of this data to various agencies, Government departments and local authorities. This includes the Education & Skills Funding Agency and Ofsted.
The information is used for the exercise of functions of these Government departments and to meet statutory requirements including under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and to create and maintain a unique learner number (ULN) and a Personal Learning Record (PLR).
The information that you provide may also be shared with awarding bodies, other organisations for education, training, employment and well-being related purposes including for research.
If requested, information may be shared with the Police in relation to a crime.
You may be contacted after you have completed your programme of learning. You can indicate on your enrolment form if you do not want to be contacted.

All information provided will be dealt with in accordance with Train’d Up’s Data Protection Policy. Under no circumstances will your personal information be passed onto other organisations for marketing or sales purposes.
