We are delighted to announce that we have a vacancy for a HR Advisor.
The HR Advisor will provide first-line HR support across Train’d Up, with ownership of office administration, onboarding/offboarding and day-to-day people processes. The role acts as a key point of contact for managers and employees (office-based and remote) on HR queries, basic employee relations, and safeguarding-related compliance within the apprenticeship sector.
Location: Bridge of Allan, Scotland (hybrid working – office + remote)
Reports to: Central Operations Director
Organisation: Train’d Up – Apprenticeship Training Provider
