Officially accredited to the matrix Quality Standard

Nov 13, 2025

We are delighted to announce that following a recent matrix audit, Train’d Up has been officially accredited to the matrix Quality Standard for our advice and guidance services for the next three years.

The matrix Standard, delivered by The Growth Company on behalf of the Department for Education, recognises organisations that deliver high-quality information, advice and guidance (IAG).

It serves as a benchmark for organisations that provide IAG services and aims to enhance the quality of these services, enabling individuals to reach their full potential.

The assessment process included more than forty interviews spanning staff, recipients and partners. In addition, it entailed an extensive document review covering collateral such as our Self-Assessment Report, Quality Improvement Plan, Policies, and Apprentice Handbook and Materials.

What employers said…

“Our Assessor is incredible…”

“Train’d Up supports us in recruiting our apprentices, and their approach works well.”

“The online remote model of delivery definitely works for us.”

What apprentices said…

“I would recommend Train’d Up to family and friends.”

Chris Morris, Lead Business Development Manager, said of the accolade: “We are thrilled to have been accredited to the matrix Quality Standard for our IAG services. We’re especially proud that our commitment to ensuring apprentices receive high-quality IAG throughout their journey with us was highlighted as a key strength.
