Now in its 18th year, the Rail Staff Awards, hosted by Rail Media, aim to celebrate the hard work of the those within the rail industry. This year’s awards ceremony will take place November 27th, 2025, at NEC, Birmingham – and applications are now open.
The Customer Service Team or Person award celebrates teams or individuals who consistently go the extra mile to enhance passenger experience, recognising those who demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a proactive approach.
