Aim:
The objectives of the course are to enable delegates to:

- Carry out a pre-shift inspection.
- Be able to load and unload vehicles.
- Understand the causes of instability of truck and load.
- Have an understanding of responsibilities under other current relevant legislation.

Method of Training
Highly participative, with practical demonstrations highlighted by use of Powerpoint and Videos along with group and individual exercises.
| Duration: | 1 or 2.5 or 5 days depending upon experience. These courses meet the requirement of Approved Code Of Practice for Rider Operated Lift Trucks: Operator Training.
