This award is for people who are involved in learning design and development within an organisation. It may include some direct training delivery, but this is optional.

The Employment NTO draws its membership from a wide variety of people working in a broad range of occupations within learning and development. The qualification demonstrates that you have achieved a certain level of skill and competence in training and offers a realistic and accessible option if you want your performance and skills recognised by assessment, rather than examination.
