The award is for practitioners whose role includes some learning design and support, as well as direct training for individuals and groups. Employment NTO draws its membership from a wide variety of people working in a broad range of occupations within learning and development.

The qualification demonstrates that you have achieved a certain level of skill and competence in training and offers a realistic and accessible option if you want your performance and skills recognised by assessment, rather than examination.
